Staying in education until the age of 18?

I decided to raise awareness on the issue “Should young people stay in fulltime education until the age of 18?” because it will get students good qualifications which will benefit them in the future. However some people think that it will costs a lot of money for young people to stay in school which some people find pointless because some people might waste 2 years in college even though they cannot continue in further educations because of money issues!
